Our LFN Classes & why they’re made for you!

At Limitless Fitness & Nutrition our #1 goal is to make fitness fun, exciting & uplifting for women (especially those who are new to and re-starting their fitness journey). In this article, we wanted to highlight what our classes are actually all about and why they’re made for you!

LFN HIIT (every Monday 6.45am)

This class is designed to make you sweat to the beat! If you’re a workout warrior and love a challenge, love lifting (light) weights & love the feeling of an epic endorphin high afterwards, this is absolutely your new favourite class! 

In 30 minutes, we move through a range of tracks that start with a warm-up, booty band tracks, weighted challenge tracks, cardio based tracks and to finish off, a core track to get all those ab muscles firing!

Equipment needed: Booty bands, optional dumbbells (or use food cans if you don’t have any!)

Intensity Level: Moderate- High- you can modify for where you’re at though!

 

Pilates (every Monday, 5.45pm)

This is our traditional, weekly Pilates class with Corinne. Every Monday, join us as we strengthen, build and tone all the muscle groups in your body. From Core to legs, to arms to abs, every part of your body will be feeling stronger & more flexible after your Pilates class.


We love Pilates because it’s the perfect class if you’re just starting out in your fitness journey, but it’s also perfect for workout warriors, wanting to supplement their normal workout schedule.

Equipment needed: Pilates ball/ head cushion, booty bands & light weights/ dumbells 

Intensity Level: Low- moderate

 

Pilates HIIT (every Tuesday, 6.45am)

Helloooo booty, abs and core! Our LFN Pilates class is all about just that- all your fave muscle groups. In this 40 minute class, we combine a traditional Pilates class with fun, upbeat music, strength & cardio based training and a whole host of Pilates moves to give you a burn like you’ve never experienced!

Each class starts with your warm-up, moves into booty tracks, core based tracks and of course, you’ll get to use your weights for some of our weights focused tracks. Enjoy the burn for days to come!

Equipment needed: Pilates ball/ head cushion, booty bands & light weights/ dumbbells

Intensity Level: Moderate

 

Retro-robics (live every Tuesday 6pm & online, Wednesdays 6.30am)

Ahh the 80’s- take us back! Retro-robics transports you right back to there, as we move & groove to the coolest hits from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s in our weekly Retro class. Lycra, sweat bands & leg warmers are always, always encouraged!

Retro-robics is time after time an LFN member favourite class because of how uplifting, care free and fun each class is! We’d love to have you join us.  

Equipment needed: Nothing, just you!

Intensity Level: Moderate

 

LFN Power (every Thursday, 6.45am)

 Who doesn’t love feeling strong & powerful? LFN Power is designed to help you build strong, lean muscle that supports your body & mind. Each class has a range of tracks that focus on lower body conditioning, upper body conditioning, core work & of course, we like to throw a few challenges in the mix as well!

 If you want to improve your muscle mass, work on increasing your bone density (essential as we get older) and overall, have a lot of fun whilst you move, come & join our Power class! 

Equipment needed: Moderate- heavy hand weights & booty bands

Intensity Level: Moderate
