Join LFN for 10 weeks of studio Matwork Pilates. Each week, we’ll have a different focus, but you’ll always get a full body workout, regardless!

💜 Week 1 – Foundations & Baseline
Posture, breath, core activation, Pilates principles + initial strength & mobility benchmarks

💜Week 2 – Core Connection & Spinal Control
Deep core engagement, pelvic stability, spinal articulation, and controlled movement

💜Week 3 – Hip Strength & Lower Body Stability
Glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs, and hip control for functional strength

💜Week 4 – Upper Body Strength & Postural Support
Shoulder stability, back strength, arm work, and postural alignment

💜Week 5 – Balance, Unilateral Work & Coordination
Single-side loading, balance challenges, proprioception, and body awareness

💜Week 6 – Mobility, Length & Recovery
Joint mobility, muscle lengthening, breath-led movement, and nervous system reset

💜Week 7 – Strength Endurance & Load Tolerance
Longer sets, sustained holds, layered progressions, and muscular endurance

💜Week 8 – Flow, Transitions & Movement Efficiency
Seamless sequencing, smoother transitions, and coordinated full-body flow

💜Week 9 – Integrated Strength & Control
Complex full-body patterns combining strength, balance, control, and mobility

💜Week 10 – Re-Test, Reflect & Rebuild
Progress testing, movement quality check-ins, breathwork, and setting up the next block

Terms & Conditions

  • Class pass is non-refundable and non-transferrable

  • If you cannot make one of the 10 week sessions we don’t have a make up class currently available. You are welcome to join us online or complete a pre-recorded class instead, just ask!

  • The 8 week class pass starts on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 and is valid until Wednesday 24th June 2026,

  • All classes will be held at the LFN Studio in Bingara Gorge, 7pm Wednesday evenings.
