💜Week 2 – Core Connection & Spinal Control
Deep core engagement, pelvic stability, spinal articulation, and controlled movement
💜Week 3 – Hip Strength & Lower Body Stability
Glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs, and hip control for functional strength
💜Week 4 – Upper Body Strength & Postural Support
Shoulder stability, back strength, arm work, and postural alignment
💜Week 5 – Balance, Unilateral Work & Coordination
Single-side loading, balance challenges, proprioception, and body awareness
💜Week 6 – Mobility, Length & Recovery
Joint mobility, muscle lengthening, breath-led movement, and nervous system reset
💜Week 7 – Strength Endurance & Load Tolerance
Longer sets, sustained holds, layered progressions, and muscular endurance
💜Week 8 – Flow, Transitions & Movement Efficiency
Seamless sequencing, smoother transitions, and coordinated full-body flow
💜Week 9 – Integrated Strength & Control
Complex full-body patterns combining strength, balance, control, and mobility
💜Week 10 – Re-Test, Reflect & Rebuild
Progress testing, movement quality check-ins, breathwork, and setting up the next block

Class pass is non-refundable and non-transferrable
If you cannot make one of the 10 week sessions we don’t have a make up class currently available. You are welcome to join us online or complete a pre-recorded class instead, just ask!
The 8 week class pass starts on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 and is valid until Wednesday 24th June 2026,
All classes will be held at the LFN Studio in Bingara Gorge, 7pm Wednesday evenings.
