Join LFN for 8 weeks of studio Matwork Pilates. Each week, we’ll have a different focus, but you’ll always get a full body workout, regardless!

💜Week 1 – Foundations & Testing
Learn the fundamentals: posture, breath, core connection, and key Pilates principles. Baseline mobility and strength testing to track progress.

💜Week 2 – Core Connection & Control
Deepen your mind-body connection with focused core work, spinal mobility, and controlled movement patterns.

💜Week 3 – Lower Body Strength & Stability
Glutes, hamstrings, and thighs take centre stage — with emphasis on balance, hip stability, and functional strength.

💜Week 4 – Upper Body Strength & Posture
Focus on shoulder stability, back strength, and posture alignment to improve daily movement and reduce tension.

💜Week 5 – Balance & Coordination
Challenge your control and awareness with balance work, unilateral movements, and flow-based transitions.

💜Week 6 – Mobility & Flexibility
Gentle but effective stretching and lengthening sequences to improve range of motion and recovery.

💜Week 7 – Power & Flow
Build endurance with dynamic sequences, transitions, and advanced variations — finding flow through strength.

💜Week 8 – Integration & Re-test
Bring it all together! Combine everything you’ve learned in a full-body session, followed by progress retesting and lots of breathwork with reflections.

  • Class pass is non-refundable and non-transferrable

  • If you cannot make one of the 8 week sessions we don’t have a make up class currently available. You are welcome to join us online or complete a pre-recorded class instead, just ask!

  • The 8 week class pass starts on Wednesday 29th October and is valid until Wednesday 17th December.

  • All classes will be held at the LFN Studio in Bingara Gorge, 7pm Wednesday evenings.
